Designed to create a cyclonic airflow that will effectively remove up to 98% of all dust and debris before it can block the filter on the vacuum. The Interceptors will collect just about  every type of dust including cement and mdf. They have even been used to collect gold dust!

The Interceptor range will improve the performance of even the most basic vacuum by increasing the period of time it can be operated at maximum efficiency before the airflow and vacuum become ineffective as a result of the filter becoming blocked with dust. Reduced downtime will increase productivity as will a cleaner, healthier working environment with greatly reduced airborne dust. All the interceptors are maintenance free and have no moving parts – as such they are 100% reliable.

 

 

TV Interceptor:  Lightweight design that is virtually indestructible. The integral double cyclone effectively removes the dust which collects in a 25lt bag for safe, simple and clean disposal. This Interceptor was designed primarily for mobile site use where large volumes of fine dust are collected. Typical applications would be brick raking before pointing or chasing channels in walls and floors for electrical installations.  Satisfied customers regularly report substantial improvements in productivity because of reduced downtime stopping to clean filters and also because the better airflow and vacuum permits them to work faster for longer. The TV Interceptor can be free standing, wheeled or clipped onto the vacuum depending on customer requirements.

TV200 Interceptor:  Heavy duty unit to withstand even the most difficult site conditions. The robust stainless steel drum will withstand most chemicals and is very durable. Both hose connection ports are standard sizes and therefore the unit is compatible with most industrial vacuums. A special version is available for the collection of hot ashes. Drum capacity is rated at 100lt, a sight class is fitted to monitor the levels of dust collected.

 The TV Interceptor shown close coupled to a TV50 Dust Collector. It can also be used with most other brands of one, two or even three motor vacuums - all will show improved filter life and performance.

 The Pass Partu is ideal for DIY enthusiasts making it possible for them to use a standard household/commercial vacuum for the collection of large volumes of dust, sawdust, plaster rubble and even for wet pick up! Now a standard dry pick up only vacuum can be used for wet pick up e.g. clearing blocked sinks.
