Diamind Floor Grinding / Polishing

 

Used to create smooth, flat, ‘swirl free’ finishes for the application of thin coatings and sealers. Material removal typically less than 1 mm in a single pass. Working width of machines range from 230 to 800 mm. The performance of the diamond grit segments and buttons are governed by ‘grit’ size and ‘bond’ material. Progressive operations can lead from ‘rough’ grinding to smooth ‘glass-like’ finishes on natural stone or Terrazzo. Diamond floor grinding can be carried out wet or dry. The dust created when grinding dry can be controlled 100% with a suitable dust collector from our extensive range.
