The Contec CT320 is the biggest and most aggressive floor planer in our range. Perfect for concrete planning, shaving and scrabbling, the CT320 is designed and manufactured for the hardest, toughest, most difficult applications and floors.
Able to be equipped with tungsten tipped flails or with diamond tooling for shaving applications, Contec’s CT320 Planer has an electric variable speed, powered drive/travel for a controlled feed and greater productivity. The vibration damped handle bars have been ergonomically designed to ensure comfortable operation of the at all times, with the front steering castor making it easier to use with stable positioning. The locking mechanism helps the operator to maintain a straight line of cut, optimising floor planning performance.
Three different main motor are available depending on the application – 11 / 15 / 18.5 kW, with the additional option of a 31hp Vanguard petrol engine. The Contec CT 320 long life drum assembly is massively strong, with 20mm heavy duty flail shafts and 36mm hexagonal drive. The 80mm diameter 12 point Tungsten Carbide tipped cutters, Beam and Tungsten tipped Milling cutters can be assembled onto the cutter drum in various configurations for a wide range of applications; such as those for planing, scabbling, grinding, removal of coatings and the shaving off of old thermoplastic traffic markings.

The variable speed drive improves productivity, control and surface finish, greatly reducing operator fatigue.
