Dust-Free Bush Hammers For Sale
Bush Hammers have been used for a great many years to give texture to a surface but until now they have rarely proved successful when fitted to large powerful machines capable of high daily productivity. Now by combining many years experience working with tungsten carbide and with sound engineering design we are able to offers levels of performance, reliability and finish previously thought to be unattainable.
Six different styles of tool available to offer finishes from a fine sandblast through to a very heavy texture. The heads can be supplied individually or as part of a complete system with drive plates available for most popular grinders. Bespoke systems are available to order.

What is a bush hammer used for?
Bush hammers are used to texturise concrete, asphalt or stone floors, making them less slippery or more decorative. The face of the bush hammer has pins, teeth or blades, which give the floor whatever surface you need. Modern bush hammers make this process even easier, as they attach to floor grinder machines and have swappable reels so you can pick the smoothness or roughness of the floor.
How to bush hammer concrete
When you’ve attached the correct reel for the job, use the floor grinder as you usually would, while going a little slower and applying slightly less pressure than usual. You will soon find your rhythm when the texture looks correct, but try to overlap your passes slightly so you get a full coverage.
