Designed as a robust, trouble free alternative to the many automatic switches incorporated into leading brands of vacuum. Sadly the switches fitted as standard invariably prove to be very unreliable with a limited lifespan.

This stand alone unit is manufactured using only the highest rated industrial components and will perform consistently for many years. Simply plug the two power cables into a suitable supply and then plug the dust collector (vacuum) and power tool into the two output sockets. All plugs and sockets are clearly identified. When the power tool is turned on the dust collector (vacuum) automatically starts. When the power tool is turned off the dust collector (vacuum) will continue running for a few seconds to clear the hose of dust and then will turn off. The delay time can be adjusted.

The price of this unit reflects the high specification of the components and equipment. It has not been built to meet a price , the emphasis has been on producing a robust reliable switch that will operate daily for many years. All components are rated to handle the high power surges normally associated with a powerful, 1400W vacuum motor starting

The enclosure is weatherproof and rated to IP56, the connectors are rated to IP44. The unit is also dust proof.

Neither the dust collector (vacuum) nor the power tool can exceed the maximum rated current of 16A each. For safety the individual supplies are completely isolated from each other. This system means two separate supply transformers can be used rather than the necessity of a single large heavy supply.
