Dust-Free Angle Grinder Cutting Package | M-Class Dust Extraction System

Grinder and Vacuum Cutting Package - Hikoki G23-SC4 230mm 110v cutter package compromise's of a ready assembled grinder fitted with our very own C-TEC cutting guard, a 230mm diamond cutting disc and a tuff key flange spanner. We have also included our high performance TV50 E 110V Vacuum paired with the TV50C D interceptor for a dust free working operation, it will also reduce any downtime by collecting most of the dust before it reaches the vacuum, as well as keeping the performance high protecting the filters from blocking up.

TV50E Dust Control Vacuum is lightweight, robust, portable and a very hard working reliable industrial vacuum. With thousands sold around the world, the TV50E has established an enviable reputation for both reliability and performance. The cyclonic action of the "indestructible"  vacuum body greatly reduces the amount of dust drawn against the "M" rated cartridge filter helping to maintain the highest possible airflow and vacuum for longer periods without the need to stop work and clean the filter. When the filter does need cleaning it remains in position, protected by the vacuum body. The TV50E features a fast and very effective “reverse pulse” filter cleaning system. The efficient system removes any dust that is clogging the filter without causing damage or reducing filter performance. A warning light is fitted to advise when the filter is becoming blocked and requires cleaning.

TV50C D is developed from our original TV50C Cyclonic Interceptor, a system that has been proven over many years. It has benefitted and evolved from user feedback  and ongoing input from our  “in house” development team. The TV50C D is moulded in PE and is just about indestructible, with zero service parts or consumables a long service life is assured.
