Site transformer, 3KVA for safe operation of smaller power tools including angle grinders, concrete polishers and dust control vacuums. Operates from a standard 13A, 240v supply. Fitted as standard with two 16Amp 110v power outlet sockets. Transformer fully protected against overload. The enclosure is resistant to shock and impact and for convenience incorporates a lifting handle.
Always ensure any extension leads used are a minimum of 2.5mm cable when powering any electric tools. Always work with the absolute minimum length of cable to avoid voltage drop and problems with the power tool tripping. It is rarely the tool that is at fault, in most cases problems are caused by long power cables and under rated cables causing supply problems.
