SP13-2 Dust control vacuum, twin motor, 110V

SP13-2 heavy duty, 110V, compact vacuum has been developed for effective dust control when connected to hand held power tools, floor grinders and polishers. The SP13-2 is ideal for joint cleaning , mortar raking prior to re-pointing, crack chasing, grinding, sanding and polishing - just about any difficult application involving large volumes of very fine cementitious dust.

Suction power is supplied by two powerful bypass motors. The motors are individually switched to give the operator full control over performance and to prevent power surge problems on start up. The SP13-2 is fitted with a high quality, large area cartridge filter that is cleaned by an electrical shaker and requires no service or adjustment. A cyclonic shield is installed within the dust container to aid with dust filtration and also to protect the filter from abrasive materials. The dust container and tangential inlet port are both manufactured in an anti static material that effectively reduces the build up of electrostatic charge often associated with the collection of fine dust. The SP13-2 is supplied complete with heavy duty vacuum hose with fitted hose cuff and connector.

The compact dimensions and sturdy construction make the SP13-2 ideally suited to the demands of the flooring and construction industries. The trolley is fitted with four, rubber tyred, steel castors for maximum mobility.

A comprehensive range of hose, tools and accessories, including heavy duty floor wands and heads, are normally available from stock for next day delivery.

As with all vacuums filter life and overall efficiency can be greatly improved by placing a cyclonic interceptor between the power tool or dust source and the vacuum. A cyclonic interceptor can remove up to 99% of airborne dust before it reaches the vacuum filter preventing a dramatic drop off in performance and increased or accelerated wear to the filter and motors.
