For industrial vacuum applications we stock two main types main types of vacuum hose. Both are genuinely heavy duty and should not be confused or compared to the very common PVC grade being offered by some manufacturers under the description of "heavy duty". Our most popular hose type is "Poly Flex". This supplied as standard with most of our vacuum systems. It is a tough flexible hose with a nylon spiral reinforcement that ensures it does not collapse and retain it's shape. For customers that prefer a lighter hose and want the benefits of extreme flexibility we offer "Super Flex". An incredibly flexible, wire reinforced hose, its so flexible you can tie it in a knot! Hoses are supplied cut to your specified length. Maximum length of Poly Flex is 30M while Super Flex maximum length is 15M. If longer lengths are needed then we have steel connector bushes available. Please be aware increasing the length of your hose will reduce suction and airflow potentially reducing the performance of your vacuum.
Rubber hose connectors for hose to vacuum or for tool to hose are available in all common sizes. Steel connectors available for hose to vacuum and for hose to hose including step down connectors e.g. 70 - 50. We also supply steel "Y" piece connectors e.g. 70 x 50 x 50.
Replacement squeegee blades and brushes for industrial floor heads. Typically squeegee blades are preferred for wet up and brushes for dry dust.
The Eco wand kit is our low cost alternative to the industry standard heavy duty wand and head. The kit is very keenly priced and represents exceptional value. Supplied complete with connectors for 50mm hose. The floor head can be supplied with either brush strip or squeegee blades depending on the application and user preference.
Due to the length of the heavy duty wand, we may require additional carriage costs as unfortunately this isn't a standard DPD parcel size. We always try and ensure we get the best quotes/ rates for longer parcels - so we cannot add this costing into the website.
