The Modul 350 mobile shot blaster is available with a choice of two motors powering the blast wheel – 15 kW or 18 kW. Both machines have the same compact dimensions while the 15 kW version with slightly lower performance can be operated with the proven R2D2 dust collector. A lower cost, more compact option than the R2D2-7 dust collector required for the Modul 350, 18 kW version. Both versions deliver exceptional performance, reliability and proven low operating costs. Arguably the most cost effective, high performance mobile blasters available they have established a fine reputation for reliability and low running costs over many years. Used machines very rarely become available, when they are offered for sale they always sell within a matter of days. Those in the know understand that a ten year old machine can very quickly be serviced so it performs like a new machine!

The Modul 350 delivers extremely high levels of performance and an exceptional surface finish suitable for most coatings. The dust free preparation of concrete and steel floors and decks is achieved with very low levels of noise and vibration. With low weight and compact dimensions the Modul 350 is ideal for dust free preparation of areas with restricted access. The Modul 350 is safe and simple to operate with proven reliability established over many years, combined with exceptionally low running costs.With minimal training the operator can achieve high productivity from day one.

Consumable items such as the blast wheel and shot cage can be quickly replaced on site without the need for special tools or training. All wear liners have been designed for quick, simple replacement without the need for special tools or skills. Dust, debris and shot are contained by magnetic skirts and heavy duty rubber skirts that are adjustable for wear. Minimal daily maintenance or servicing is required, full operator training is always available with initial training always carried out at the time of delivery.

The Modul 350 offers a similar modular concept proven over twenty years ago on the Modul 200 system. The concept delivers the benefits of one low height profile, combined with two blast width options plus the possibility of having two individual machines when needed and all with common spares and consumables.

The MODUL 350 offers the ultimate in mobile, dust free blast cleaning. It is probably the most versatile and effective surface preparation system available. The blast width of the basic MODUL 350 can be doubled by the addition of a MODUL 350 EU( Extension Unit ) for a cost effective increase in production. The high blast performance makes the MODUL 350 ideally suited for very hard concrete, coatings and also for steel decks, bridges and tanks.

Phase Rotation & 3-Phase Safety

All 400 V Contec blasters use a reversible phase-rotation plug. If the wheel spins backward: switch off, remove the plug, rotate the insert 180°, reconnect — no rewiring.
