Two wear resistant blast wheels with 6 blade technology in operation. Performance options are 2 x 15 kW (30 kW) and 2 x 18.5 kW (37 kW). Both versions deliver exceptional performance, reliability and proven low operating costs. Arguably the most cost effective, high performance mobile blaster available the Elgator performs superbly in places where other machines give up. The Elgator delivers extremely high levels of performance and an exceptional, uniform surface finish suitable for most coatings. The dust free preparation of concrete and steel floors and decks is achieved with very low levels of noise and vibration. With relatively low weight and compact dimensions the Elgator is ideal for dust free preparation of very large areas and difficult surfaces. The Elgator is safe and simple to operate delivering proven reliability and exceptionally low running costs. With minimal training the operator can achieve high productivity from day one.
Consumable items such as the blast wheel and shot cage can be quickly replaced on site without the need for special tools or training. All wear liners have been designed for quick, simple replacement without the need for special tools or skills. Dust, debris and shot are contained by magnetic skirts and heavy duty rubber skirts that are adjustable for wear. Minimal daily maintenance or servicing is required, full operator training is always available with initial training always carried out at the time of delivery.

Concrete: CSP 2–9 depending on media/speed. Steel: SA 2.5–3 with correct media and setup.
