EPN1800P Hand Held Wet Diamond Polisher for Concrete
A powerful, well balanced concrete & stone polisher fitted with a water feed, a quality industrial product manufactured by Eibenstock, Germany. Designed primarily for wet polishing and finishing concrete, natural stone, granite and terrazzo when only the very best finish will be accepted. The EPN1800P was designed for wet operation, the motor is fully protected from water ingress and is completely safe when operated according to the operating instructions.
Resin bond diamond discs / pads are fitted to the EPN1800P by industry standard "Velcro". A quick, simple, reliable and safe system that has been established and proven over many years. Typically the perfect finish is achieved by progressing through the grit stages commonly available, doubling up the grit size each stage e.g. 50 - 100 - 200 - 400. Never try to skip a stage, it will not save you time in the long run and it will not deliver the best finish. If the initial surface is poor, uneven and rough we suggest fitting our metal dot discs / pads to remove material until you reach a stage that is suitable to start the polishing process. The metal dot discs / pads have a far faster removal rate and life than the resin bond discs / pads.
