The Ghibli & Wirbel FTR410 is a tough, reliable, general purpose sander/polisher floor grinder suitable for a wide range of surface preparation, maintenance and polishing tasks. An extensive range of accessories and heads are available to cover all applications. We have over twenty years experience with this Multi-Prep Floor grinder/sander/polisher, the continuous development, testing and customer feedback have resulted in complete reliability and outstanding performance. With the recent increase in demand for concrete polishing we recently upgraded the gearbox by fitting steel gear wheels to better withstand the shock loads experienced when working with diamond segments. The FTR410 is a very popular general purpose sander, grinder, polisher machine ideal for polishing concrete floors in smaller areas, domestic extensions, barn conversions and similar - perfect for sites and applications with only a standard single phase supply.

Grinder/sander/polisher:

The FTR410 is available to run from a 32A, 110V supply or standard 240V from the mains. An effective dust control skirt is available that removes all dust when connected to a suitable vacuum system e.g. our Optim 120 or SP13 -2. The FTR410 is simple and safe to operate and requires very little effort or input by the operator. Noise and vibration levels are minimal and with a suitable vacuum there should be no dust - a very user friendly machine!

Drive plates are available for double sided sanding discs, tungsten coated steel discs, abrasive pads and diamond impregnated polishing pads. Steel drive plates are also available for diamond segments and diamond impregnated polishing buttons. Orbital heads with velcro drive to accept standard 100 / 125mm pads are also stock items. Alongside our extensive range of diamond polishing buttons we also stock a premium floor hardener / densifier / sealer with high lithium content.
