CT200 Concrete Floor Planer / Scabbler Groover is a versatile machine that has been designed for a wide range of applications including: Surface texturing, Scabbling, Planing, Grooving, Cleaning, Descaling and Removal of road markings - it is even used for the removal of ice build up in cold stores!. Quality and reliability for continuous high performance and cost effective operation the CT200 delivers dust free surface preparation. Accurate depth of cut adjustment is provided by a fine hand wheel while a quick action raise / lower lever automatically returns the grinding head to a preset depth of cut for a uniform finish.

The CT200 can be powered by a choice of motors: 240V, 110V, 415V and Honda petrol engine. Air motor versions can be supplied to order.

The CT200 floor planers are in operation around the world and have become firmly established as a "must have" tool by flooring contractors, hire companies factory maintenance teams. They are relatively easy to transport, can be operated in confined areas, have simple controls and can be operated after only a minimum of training. The CT200 is built to withstand the rigours of industrial flooring and typical on site abuse. Maintenance and service are simple and straightforward without the need for special tools. Drive to the cutter head assembly is by standard "V" belt drive with replacements available off the shelf in most towns.

A complete range of tungsten tipped cutters are available for most applications including "milling" cutters for the removal of thick thermoplastic road markings and similar. All cutters and cutter drum assemblies are manufactured in Germany by our partners for over thirty years. As a result we rarely have to apologise for poor quality and we can easily justify a slightly higher price than our competitors!
