Omega 400 concrete floor grinder will prepare and finish concrete and asphalt surfaces as well as steel and wood decks and formwork. The Omega 400 is also perfect for the removal of coatings, latex and adhesives. All applications can be carried out dust free. Compact dimensions and low overall weight ensure ease of operation and transportation. Excellent mobility for areas with difficult access combined with simple, effortless operation and minimal maintenance. The grinding disc fitted to the Omega 300 is 290mm diam with 12 diamond segments. The handle bar height can be quickly adjusted for operator comfort and control.

While ideal for edging work and smaller areas the Omega 300 is also capable of preparing larger areas with a capacity in the region of 50m2 /hr on concrete, screeds and epoxy coatings - all dust free! Because of clever design and ease of operation the Omega 300 will regularly outperform larger, heavier and more powerful machines. It is a very simple machine that always punches above its weight having proven itself to be a very wise investment many times since it was introduced some fifteen years ago. Original machines can still be seen working daily on sites around the UK.

The simple but effective dust control skirt can be adjusted to compensate for wear ensuring complete dust control at all times. We recommend either an Optim 120 or a TV150 NEV vacuum for effective dust control. On really soft floors it may be worth considering using a cyclonic interceptor such as the TV150CC or Planet Xyclon. Noise and vibration levels are minimal during normal operation.

The Omega 400 can be supplied powered by 400V three phase motor or a Honda petrol engine. A 110v version can be supplied to order fitted with a 250mm diam. 10 segment grinding disc.

A comprehensive range of diamonds are available to fit the Omega 400 ranging from aggressive pcd plates for latex and adhesive removal through to the finer grits that are ideal for finishing concrete floors.
